Following up on the success of the multi-platinum and gold awarded previous records “My Winterstorm” (2007) and “What Lies Beneath” (2010), Tarja finally returns with her long-awaited new rock album. “Colours In The Dark” will be released on August 23rd, 2013 via earMUSIC, the label which also released “Act I”.

Mixed by Tim Palmer in Austin, Texas (Pearl Jam, U2), the songs on “Colours In The Dark” do not shy away from taking a risk and surprising musical turns, introducing new sounds and new musical atmospheres. Still, they maintain a heaviness that will surely bring a big smile to the hardest of rockers. With its grand orchestra and choir arrangements, Tarja’s next milestone emphasises once again the impressive vocal range of the Finnish artist and shows her artistic growth.  With ten brand new songs and over one hour of music, “Colours In The Dark” is definitely going to be one of the brightest moments for rock in 2013.

In den Media Control Charts für die KW 20/2013 setzt sich das neue Album Now What?! von Deep Purple von null an die Spitze auf Platz eins ab.

Acht Jahre nach der Veröffentlichung des letzten Studio Albums Rapture Of The Deep meldet sich die Band eindrucksvoll zurück und Now What?!
reiht sich in die Erfolgsgeschichte vieler Deep Purple Klassiker wie z. B. Machine Head oder In Rock ein, die ebenfalls auf der Pole Position deutschen
Charts standen.

Die elf neuen Songs auf Now What?! wurden von Bob Ezrin, einem der wichtigsten und einflussreichsten Rock-Produzenten aller Zeiten (Pink Floyd,
Alice Cooper, Kiss u.v.m.), produziert.

About the artist:
No other voice and artist influenced and basically created the female fronted symphonic metal genre as much as Tarja Turunen. A pioneer in goth- and symphonic metal, the classically trained Finn rose to fame with the metal outfit Nightwish, whose face and voice she had been for 9 years. With a vocal range of a lyrical soprano, Turunen started her solo career in 2004. Releasing two very successful metal rock solo albums (2007 and 2010), awarded gold and platinum in multiple countries, Tarja Turunen has been constantly touring the world with her live band.

Adored by many fans as their “Goddess”, the Finnish Soprano has the skill to carry her fans away just by her presence - probably more than any other female artist in this genre. When classic meets rock and heavy metal, it inevitably leads to Tarja.

Rückzahlung der Unternehmensanleihe 2008/2013 durchgeführt

Mit Wirkung zum 01. Mai 2013 hat die Edel AG die fünfjährige Inhaberschuldverschreibung ISIN DE000A0SL9X3 planmäßig zurückgezahlt. Die auf die Anleihe zeitgleich fällige letzte Zinszahlung (7% p.a.) wurde entsprechend bedient.

Das Unternehmen hatte bereits im Jahre 2010 seine erste Inhaberschuldverschreibung bedient. Eine dritte Anleihe ( ISIN DE000A1KQYG8) läuft noch bis zum 22. Mai 2016 und wird im Freiverkehr an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse gehandelt.
