H.E.A.T17/12/2018

In April 2018, Erik Grönwall debuted in the US for 10 million viewers in NBC’s live broadcast of Andrew Lloyd Webbers and Tim Rice’s musical Jesus Christ Superstar. Along with John Legend, Alice Cooper, Sara Bareilles and others Erik played the key role of Simon Zealotes, and now the album and vocalists for every song of Jesus Christ’s Superstar Live in Concert
are nominated for a Grammy.

“I got the news of the nomination after I got off the stage in Barcelona with H.E.A.T. I’m incredibly proud to be part of this amazing team and this production, and I think my ignorance of how big this has been has helped me a lot. It’s been big thing to grab for a small town guy like me from Knivsta. I’m incredibly proud and there’s nothing but love and respect for my JCS family in the United States.” – Erik Grönwall
